Flow Healing

This course in Flow Healing is a distillation of best practices, tools, and techniques gathered during my 30 years of experience practicing healing. It provides training for allowing yourself to become a vehicle for healing energy to flow through you with the express purpose of helping another and, through this, naturally deepening your personal growth.

Meditations, exercises, tools, and techniques will enable you to enter into altered states of consciousness, allowing this energy to flow unimpeded through you. Creating this clear and clean channel, participants experience profound shifts in their being as they clear their blockages and attune themselves into a transpersonal state of awareness.

Participants also develop and strengthen their innate, often unconscious, awareness of how energy flows in another. By quieting the mind and focusing on present-moment physical sensations, participants learn how to scan or feel the energy of another.

Most people are unaware of the extent that their thoughts and feelings have any effect on their physiology. One aspect of healing is to put people in a state where they can feel those differences in their bodies. When scanning another’s energy, you will pick up the subtle energy shifts, disturbances, and fluctuations of their subtle body. With practice, you can detect how different emotional states manifest in each person’s aura and how balancing these disturbances creates an internal environment for the body to heal itself. Sensing and directing energy becomes more comfortable, natural, and reliable as practiced, and the course provides a framework for these skills to develop and flourish.

This course works with the framework of the chakra system and a seven-layered aura. This mapping helps to clarify and localize issues and concerns within the energy body.

Importantly the training teaches how to protect yourself when performing Flow Healing. Participants learn how to be fully open-hearted and yet contained within their boundaries and how to sense energy and not absorb it. I have learned that If you listen long enough, the client will tell you both what the problem is and how to fix it.

In healing, we are always seeking to restore balance and harmony. Unfortunately, modern 21st-century Western culture does little to inculcate this into us as we develop. For many, the notion of balance is so foreign that it is either not of interest or feels unattainable. A healthy aura is a balanced aura. Vibrant and robust, and yet not rigid or inflamed. It will be calm and smooth, and yet not floppy and dense.
