Focal Point Therapy gives us access to emotional and body intelligence to assist in resolving life challenges. It is the synthesis of Steven Hudson’s 30 years experience with individual therapy and combines mindfulness with the science of mind, spirituality with rationality, narrative with objectivity all based on a model of experiential learning.

Clients discuss their challenges and then discover how these patterns play out in their bodies, their minds and their emotions. Each session ends with a specific question for the client to investigate, which allows them shift from being stuck and unhappy to empowered and in control.

Many clients tell me how years of doing talk therapy has given them a very clear perspective on their challenges, but hasn’t been much help in actually resolving them. Focal Point Therapy uses a framework of tools and methodologies to resolve and master these issues, growing and expanding sustainably, equipping you to live a more meaningful and fulfilled life.
